AFRICAN ROOTS FOUNDATION is a 501(c)(3)Non Profit Organization with the responsibility of building African culture among the Black Americans, African Americans, and the Igbo Americans as a focal point. The idea is to assist the the interested individuals yearning to reconnect with their families in Africa, especially Igbo land in Nigeria.

Hi there, I am a Native of Nigeria, and I teach the Igbo language. I specialize in African Cultural Restoration, dancing , cooking, and the ancient customs and cultures of our beautiful country.  I look forward to helping on your journey within.

We are a 501(c)3 non-profit stationed in Seattle Washington, and we service the African American Community nation wide.  If you have been been DNA tested and realize that you are part Igbo , reach out to us so that we can educate you on your beautiful culture, and tour guide you to your ancestral family in Igbo land.


We offer African Ancestry Connection, African Language Studies, African Dance for kids as well as young adults, Cooking Art and Creativity.
